NOTICE BOARD

April 2007

The CD of Rugby St Andrews Parish Register is now available. It includes baptisms for St Matthews and Holy Trinity churches. See details here.

October 28th 2006

The Dunchurch Parish Register CD is being reissued. This is due to continuing problems with marriage data after 1837, where the information supplied by others to RFHG and included in the CD was unchecked by the RFHG (as stated on the CD) in a different format.

Therefore the revised CD will include:-

Baptisms up to 1876. This date is chosen, since births before then were less likely to be registered in Civil records.
Marriages up to 1837. This being the start of civil registration
Burials up to 1900 to keep in line with the 100 year rule on confidentiality.

This will bring the information provided into line with what will be available on the Rugby, St Andrews CD coming shortly.

Anybody who has purchased the original CD can return it and receive a replacement, free of charge.

October 16th 2006

Unfortunately we have discovered a problem with the Dunchurch Parish Register CD. It only affects the marriages after 1837 (the dates given in the alphabetical index are incorrect) so if you are not using these it doesn't matter. If you bought a copy of the CD before the beginning of October and want a replacement copy of the disc, return your old disc and a new one will be sent.
